usually go to bed at 12 pm, i really never eat before bed, i always see TV before i fall a sleep I get up at about 8 am, and later I take my breakfast at about 9 am, after i have a shower, always I take a shower in the morning, I somotimes have time for a good nap because all the time I stay in the university and never have a lie-in on sundays.

My FaVoRiTe FooD

In my opinion i prefer different foods like Colomabian, Mexican and Oriental food, however, i love yhe chiken, Italian food being my favorite the lasagna, and the fast food, such as hot dogs and hamburger principaly. my favorite restaurants are Carbon de palo, pizza hut,Mc Donal´s. but i love the mom´s food

The Food

In reality I believe that all the meal is very rich, but what more I like they are the meats, I believe that they are a very good complement, also I like the eaten scrap much but I do not frequent it very much, the pizza, the hamburger, the hot dog I like very much and they save time of preparation since it is possible to obtain in many restaurants, the hamburger that more I like is that of " El Corral " I believe that it is the best in Bogota.I am not much a lover of the juices especially of guanabana, tomato of tree between other

I love to eat “trash food” like hot-dog and ice creams. But also I prefer sometimes to assist to a good restaurant with my friends, restaurants like Andres Carne de Res and Harry Sason are my favorites. One of the most delicious plates, which I can taste better is a good and huge meat with all its components and styles of serving it. Definitely the food that I do not like is all kind of fishes, the onion, juice of “guanabana” and “mango”, they are disgusting.

Diana Bonell -Sleeping habits

Before going to bed i wish the best night ever to my family. I wonder a little bit in what will be my tasks in next days, but first and most important thing I say myself “Thank you God for everything does not matter the good nor the bad things.
More o less I’m going to bed at 12:30 and I do not care if that was the worst and heaviest day in my life. If not, I simply sleep with my TV turn on and that is an obliged thing I have to do to get asleep. Because I have an enormous bed I like to put pillows in both sides of it; I love to embrace those pillows to feel comfortable.
I use to sleep more o less six hours and when I wake up the normal thing in my family is no to take breakfast. Weather my family said it is the most important food of the day, I do not car because is normal not to take this one. For me the most important meal is lunch. Finally i do not take snaps basically because time is not permissive.

My favorite group is Maná since his songs come to me to the heart, I feel that they are written by a lot of effort and with desire to go out forward with his compositions. The history of Maná begins in the middle of the seventies in Guadalajara, Mexico, thanks to four friends who join to interpret topics of Led Zeppelin, the Beatles and Rolling Stones. Our business is going to be a restaurant BAR that will be called FEEL THE NIGHT, from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. it is going to work as restaurant and from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. it is going to work as BAR. In this one we will offer big variety of meals and exclusive drinks for his best serviceability. The place is located in an exclusive place of the city of Bogota, Usaquén, which is going to be very big and capable of lodging 1000 persons. Since we will be able to observe in the scheme, it is provided with a big BAR, a kitchen to prepare the best plates of the city, exclusive baths for men and women a big dance floor, and the sufficient tables for a big serviceability of our clients. The ambience and the music will be the more looked for our clients since our D.J will be one of the best of Colombia.

I'm really sorry for not writting sooner. College has been hell latelly. However. I do want to know about you. How are you? What's new in your life? I know we haven't seen each other for a long time, and i want to know all the new stuff.

In the other hand, my birthday is getting close and i'm hosting a party on it. It would be great to see you there. It's next saturday, at 10 o'clock in the nigth.

She is alumny of the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente de Cali. Her first work in television was in Telepacífico, presenting the space El Senado Hoy. Then she worked as "reportera" in Notipacífico
In December of 1994 she arrived to Bogotá and she began to work with the news TV Hoy. From there she passed to Q.A.P. where she covered the area of public order and she was correspondent in Washington. She returned two years ago to the country and she was linked immediately to Canal RCN where she works as journalist and bearer.
At the present time she is in charge of the presentation of the journalists of 7 o'clock and 10:30 in the night.
